I recently had Chris and his team complete a bathroom re-model for me (when I say 're-model', I mean the whole 'today: bathroom; tomorrow: hole in ground; next day: showroom' type deal!!!) and whilst I am not in the habit of leaving testimonials, there are times when I believe that it is important to 'spread the word'. In the case of quality, price, and performance, this team and their work, and workmanship, were simply outstanding.

When I initially discussed my goals with Chris, I was very vague about what I wanted to achieve but soon learned that he is not only very knowledgeable about his field, but he is also passionate about his work, and surprisingly, extremely creative. His ideas and potential solutions were very different to my thoughts, but actually really well thought out, and it wasn't long before I trusted him enough to basically gave him carte-blanche to do what he needed to do (basically from a blank canvas, once the original bathroom and closets had been demolished).

His team were in my home every day for three weeks and I'll be honest, though I was nervous about anyone being in my home, I was soon very comfortable with leaving them alone all day, with the key to the house (I'm at work all day). In fact, I even left them to look after the place whilst I went skiing for 10 days . . . so I am very confident that this team is trustworthy, and respectful to property and privacy.

So, I couldn't wait to get back from Austria, and boy was I pleased with the final result!! I still admire the finished article EVERY day! (I've actually started taking some showers in my old upstairs bathroom as the downstairs one is FAR too good to actually USE!!).

All I can say is that he did an outstanding job, and has substantially increased the value, but more importantly, the aesthetics of my home.

I wouldn't (and in fact, have, on a number of occasions already) hesitate to recommend CRI for any bathroom or kitchen remodeling. Outstanding job!!

 After Hurricane Ike left 3 foot of water in our home, Billy and I were in shock and really had no idea where to start rebuilding. Chris was recommended by a neighbor and are we thankful. Chris came in with a very positive and encouraging attitude. He said we could be back in our home in as little as 3 weeks. Due to my error, there was a delay with the cabinet delivery. Chris was very understanding, never got upset or mad. Just told us, "No problem. We will wait until they come in and finish the job." When they finally came in 2 weeks later, he had a crew here that day and within weeks everything was complete and we were able to move back into our home.

 Clark Remodeling Innovations is an excellent company down to every aspect: customer service, reliability and craftsmanship. They were the first company to call us back for a Hurricane Ike repair quote and promptly followed up to give us an estimate before any other company had even returned our calls.

We were immediately impressed with the level of professionalism and detail that Chris, the owner/President, provided during the estimate. Before we could hire Clark Remodeling, our insurance company needed extra details about the estimate, and Chris accommodated that request promptly as well.

Once we finally sorted out the insurance issue and hired Clark Remodeling, we continued to be impressed. Every day the team showed up early. They took care to keep the house tidy with drop cloths, were extremely courteous and worked consistently all day, every day until the job was done. All throughout the repairs Chris stayed in touch with us to make sure we were satisfied and took extra care to follow up after the job was finished. (It had been newly tiled only 6 months before Hurricane Ike destroyed it, and we had loved the way it looked). Now it looks just as beautiful as before but has a "nook" for He made it clear that we shouldn't hesitate to call him back for any issues we found with the work, immediately or down the road.  We have recommended Clark Remodeling Innovations to friends and co-workers and highly recommend them to anyone. It must have been our lucky day when we found a flyer from CRI in the ValuePak in our mailbox. We had been looking into remodeling three bathrooms in our house for the past several months, but could not found the right person for the job (one contractor’s secretary kept rescheduling out initial meeting, and another wanted us to take pictures of our bathrooms and go to his showroom and give him a retainer before even looking at the bathrooms!). When we called the number on the CRI flyer, Chris Clark answered himself, and agreed to come out to our house the next evening! 

Promptly at 5.30 the following day, Chris showed up at our house. He was very friendly and gave us a lot of suggestions as we showed him the three bathrooms in question. A couple hours later, after going into the proposed remodeling plans in detail, he gave us a quote, and a time frame of when he could start and finish the job (he estimated 6 weeks).  

My husband and I liked Chris’s positive attitude, and decided to give him the job. Now, 6 weeks later, and with three beautiful bathrooms to enjoy, we are glad we did! Having strangers in the house for 6 weeks is not easy, but Chris and his crew were extremely nice and friendly, and cleaned up after themselves every evening, so having them around for that long was not a problem. Chris came to our house at 6.45 each morning to talk to us before we left for work, and go over the plans for the day. The crew showed up for work every morning at 7.30, and were still smiling when they left at 4.30 p.m. They were meticulous about the work, and did not hesitate to re-do something if it did not look right the first time. Chris visited the house at least 2-3 times each day, and supervised the work very closely. 

We had some offbeat ideas about what we wanted in remodeling these bathrooms, and with his own creativity, Chris translated out all thoughts into the remodel extremely well. We ordered a lot of our materials (sinks, faucets, toilets, showers etc.) online, which Chris and his guys installed perfectly. The finished products look like pictures from a magazine, with each bathroom having its own unique focus in our home.  

Our only complain is that the bathrooms look too good to use, and we are tempted to send the kids to the McDonald’s down the street every time they want to use the bathroom! 

We have already told Chris that we will be using him for some more remodeling in our house; our next project is a sunroom conversion, followed by a kitchen remodel next year.

     Neil and I want the world to know what a wonderful job Chris and his crew did on our home. We hired Chris to update our kitchen and do small home repairs and paint the entire house. It turned out to be quite a large job, but we were continually impressed with Chris's work ethics and ambition to do a fabulous and artistic job. He was more of a perfectionist than I was. He was able to correct problems as they appeared. I really don't think anyone could have done this better and with such professionalism.      We hired Chris Clark to remodel our master bathroom. They replaced all the tile work around a new tub and including a custom shower. They installed granite, new fixtures, sinks, tub and painted and textured the walls. Chris and his team did an excellent job. The projected was completed ahead of schedule. The crew was polite and always at my house on time.

Chris was always available to us. He was on the job site everyday. His attention to detail was impeccable. In addition, he was a huge help in picking out tile, paint, granite etc. The end result was absolutely beautiful.

     We happened to find Clark Remodeling Innovations, as we were looking online for a contractor to complete a bathroom remodel. We had some other bids by other contractors but just did not feel comfortable with them for one reason or another. A year into this process we found Chris’s new website and decided to call. Chris called us back immediately, setting up an appointment for the next day.  He showed up when he said he would, we immediately felt that this was the man we wanted for this job. We hired him right there and then. He has definite ideas of what would look good in this space all the while listening to everything that we wanted. We discovered with Chris we were able to get a bigger bang for our buck. He was willing to meet us at those huge flooring places and helped us through that process, taking all the time that we needed until we were completely satisfied with what we had put together. For me those places are so over whelming of just where to begin and Chris made it so much fun. We then proceeded to other places that he knew about to get not only unique pieces, but at a great price. He estimated the job would take seven days to complete. He showed up everyday on time and stayed until the job was done. The job was completed after only eight days, only because I changed some things along the way. He was always very accommodating to all my questions and always asked me if I was happy with the work being done. I was so pleased that I kept him an extra day so he could install a beautiful hardwood floor in my office and replace two of my hall lights to match my new bathroom fixture. Chris and all the people that work with him could not have been nicer. I couldn’t have had a better first time remodeling experience. I will with out a doubt be calling him in the future for any other work we decide to do. Thanks Chris and Ernie for making a bathroom that I hated so much, into the room in my home that I’m now most proud of.

     Chris Clark of Clark Remodeling Innovations recently completed work on my master bath remodel. Chris and his talented partner Ernie rebuilt the bathroom almost from scratch. Upon first quoting the project Chris listened to my design style and what I was looking for and really created a vision. He enhanced my original design and made an average bathroom look like a spa. He started with opening up two areas (shower and toilet closet) that really redefined the entire bathroom. After demolition it was hard for me to visuals the project, but Chris and Ernie kept the project goings and trusted in the vision they originally talked to me about. After rebuilding the shower area and laying the slate floor, the room really started to materialize. The tub area, slate wall with waterfall into the tub and the fire feature all made the room come to life.

Chris assisted me in every step of the remodel from the slate wall and slate tile, to the color painted on the wall. He was very instrumental in every aspect and very knowledgeable about the pro's and con's of the various materials used. Chris also helped to find some great deals on materials. This assistance made the process a smooth one and since I am virtually color blind it helped to have a second and third set of eyes on things. Without his assistance, I am afraid I would have made some poor decisions concerning materials and potentially colors.

The service from Chris and Ernie was great from the beginning to end. What topped of the experience was that they were very autonomous. There was no need on my part to watch over their every move, in fact I felt comfortable enough with both of them that I was often traveling for business and even leaving them by themselves with only my dog around. He handled the everything great and my pit bull dog loved both of them. They both were very good to the dog and really watched out for her while they were working.

All in all the master bath remodel looks like a million dollars, the service was great. It was a great experience for an event that could have been very stressful! I will definitely use Chris again on my next remodel job.

     The washer and dryer were in our garage but we wanted a separate room. Chris Clark and his remodeling team built us a utility/laundry room. They did the plumbing and electrical connections as well as laid the tiles on the floor. The walls were finished with texture and beautifully painted.      Chris Clark installed New Granite Kitchen Counters, Tile Backsplash and tile floor in our bathroom in our Houston Home a few months ago. In the process of selecting all products he played an instrumental part in helping us decide on quality and color of our selections. Talk about customer service.... Chris called us, about a week after the job was finished and wanted to know, if we were pleased with the job and did we need anything. We told him, we were indeed very happy with the job. We called him about a week ago to tell him, that we had put a small ding in our granite and asked for the cost to fix it. He said that he would check into it. His people showed up in a few days, repaired the ding and would not take a dime.
